This is our first deep-dive session! We’ll assess your wellness using tools like the Wellness Wheel and your intake forms to identify imbalances and key areas for improvement.
Together, we’ll co-create your personalized wellness plan and set your first action steps.
Follow-Up Sessions: $45 (20-30 minutes)
Sustainable change takes time! We’ll meet weekly or every other week to track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and explore new areas of wellness that might come up along the way.
