About me


Hi, I’m Emma Goldblatt, CHN! I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health & Wellness Coach, who focuses on helping people- especially those with autoimmune conditions- heal through a holistic approach using an anti-inflammatory and plant-forward diet.

I believe we all have the power to heal when we listen to our bodies and make choices that support our well-being. My mission is to help you cut through misinformation, gain evidence-based knowledge, and take control of your health holistically.

What does a nutrition program look like?

  • In this free 15 minute call, we’ll talk about your symptoms, wellness goals, and any questions you may have. This is a chance to see if we are a good fit!

    After our call, I’ll send you intake forms (such as a health history questionnaire and food diary) to help us create a personalized wellness plan in your first session.

    Session Length: 15 minutes

  • This is our first deep-dive session! We’ll assess your wellness using tools like the Wellness Wheel and your intake forms to identify imbalances and key areas for improvement.

    Together, we’ll co-create your personalized wellness plan and set your first action steps.

    Session Length: 45-60 minutes

  • Sustainable change takes time! We’ll meet weekly or every other week to track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and explore new areas of wellness that might come up along the way. 

    Session Length: 20-30 minutes

  • Once you've built a strong foundation, it’s time to graduate! But don’t worry! Before wrapping up, we’ll create a long-term maintenance plan to help you sustain your progress with confidence.
